At Salvo, your trust is everything. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain-English on purpose — no dense legalese designed to confuse you.

We collect only what we need to run Salvo for you:

  • Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored securely and encrypted). If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile and email from Google.
  • Call and prospect data — the prospect names, companies, industries, notes, and lead lists you enter or upload so we can generate scripts and track your calls.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the app (features used, scripts generated, calls logged) so we can improve the product.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.

2. How we use your information

  • To generate cold-call scripts and live objection rebuttals for you.
  • To create, secure, and manage your account and free trial.
  • To process subscriptions and payments.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.
  • To improve Salvo’s features, reliability, and performance.

We do not sell your personal information or your prospect lists to anyone.

3. AI processing

To generate scripts and objection responses, the prospect details you provide are sent to trusted AI processing providers solely to produce your results. This data is used to serve your request — it is not used to advertise to you.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of reputable providers to operate Salvo:

  • Google — optional sign-in.
  • Stripe — secure payment processing.
  • AI providers — to generate your scripts and rebuttals.

Each provider handles your data under its own privacy and security commitments.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. These are required for the app to function — we don’t use invasive advertising trackers.

6. How we protect your data

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information and limit access to it.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your call and prospect data at any time from within the app, and you can request full account deletion by contacting us.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, just reach out and we’ll help.

9. Children’s privacy

Salvo is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Salvo evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
